  Poor communications, no returned calls, v/mail box not set up, closed for the week unexpectedly 'for outside work' with no notification to customer waiting on repair. Only way to contact business sometimes is to drive there and hope that they're open as per their stated hours. Did that 2 times to get status of repairs. Almost 3 weeks to replace a jack, $50
